Yesterday, Dennis Oland’s lawyer said speculation that wasn’t backed by evidence resulted in his client’s conviction for second-degree murder.
Alan Gold told the appeal court judges that the Crown’s theory Oland killed his father in a fit of rage was “unsupported by an evidentiary foundation.”
