Police issue warning after razor blades found in two Toronto parks

Toronto police have issued a warning after loose razor blades were found in two Toronto parks.

Police say a woman discovered a handful of razor blades while walking her dog in June Callwood Park near Bathurst Street and Lake Shore Boulevard West on Monday just before 6 p.m.

Investigators say the blades had been mixed in with the gravel in the park.

Later that same night, police were called to Lisgar Park at Queen Street West and Lisgar Street to investigate a suspicious incident after a man reported finding razors in the park earlier that day.

No injuries were reported in either incident.

If you know anything, call police.
